Where is a good place to live?

I've been in Europe for the past 10 years (mostly in Poland). I'm thinking about moving somewhere warm next year. Got any suggestions?

Don't move to SoCal because all hell breaks loose as soon as we get a few inches of rain.

Tenerife in the Canary Islands, probably the best climate in the world :thumbsup

Lots of hot girls on holiday 52 weeks of the year, cheap food and drink, great beaches....

UltraDesign 10-27-2004 03:05 PM

Fucking Thailand is brilliant!

San Diego is sweet, but expensive... Thailand is fantastic, but you will miss decent high speed internet :)

Bigwilly 10-27-2004 03:33 PM

shit is CHEAP in Vietnam and you can live like a king. and they love you there, cuz when you tip them $5, its more than they normally would make in a week, so everyone wants to do as much as they can for you.

I spent a month in Ho Chi Minh, it was awesome.

jayeff 10-27-2004 04:09 PM

Portugal: great weather; minimal culture shock or being deprived of the stuff you are used to; reasonable prices; still easy access to the rest of Europe and on out; but a little exotic too...

xclusive 10-27-2004 04:14 PM

south america is your answer...

Poland is cool. Lot's of hot chicks here. I just miss the warm weather all year round. Vacations to warm countries are nice, but nothing beats having the sun shining almost every day of the year :)

BlueDesignStudios 10-27-2004 04:51 PM

It was dirt cheap 2 years ago before the Euro came in but it's still relatively cheap. Be even better if the damn $ picked up.

Beer 1-2 EU a pint
Petrol (Gas) 65 EUcents a litre
and No VAT!!

Its a Spanish island but English is widely spoken.
We've been here 5 years and love it :glugglug

Tenerife

SpikeHeel 10-27-2004 05:57 PM

I have an Australian citizenship too. I don't know if that changes anything, but Canada seems like a nice place.

TheMob 10-28-2004 09:23 AM

California, or Austrialia or Greece
