How make google to love my website?

I started to make big website nly for google surfers, Maybe you know some tips how to make it good.

In this site index page will be about 200 links into other my pages and all pages will have links into each other. There will be lots of text in every page. is it good?

you need atleast double that before google will list you
i heard they even boosted it to 800 links min.
