So you want to set up a timer like grab every 5 Min. This will not look good. Another option is grab say every 1 min, and then pick the once you like. You can also capture the time code so you can automate it so the each clip can point to a starting point on a WMV file. Then you just pick what ever clips that look good and put it on the site / TGP. You can then directly connect to a Pay Per Min system or a DRM system. DVD's a MPEG2 so its easy to do.

I appreciate your input, we are already on that track...what I need is some sort of application that can grab ever so often as I tell it to and straight from a dvd.

I think Mikey219 told me mentioned one time that PowerDVD does something like that.

I used all the above practically, i had to go into Photoshop and touch em up afterwards to get a crispy looking thumb though.

Videocharge I believe does it but makes so so quality thumbs while it is encoding the vid. Still need to go into PS to tweak em.

VideoCharge kickass, and will do exactly what you are looking to do.

just get Sony's video software or something like Pinnacle's DV package and just have it do a story board, which basically takes a frame every so often.
