Is OPERA 5.12 a good browser?
 

I just downloaded the free version and it looks nice. Now I just wonder if it has as many security holes as in IE?

From what I've read about it.
No it does not have the problem's that IE has. Microsoft will never be able to stay ahead of the asshole's, there software is just tooooo dam bug'ie but easy to use.

Besides not that many people use it and so
I really don't think the Cracker's and Virus writer's will bother with it.

It's good if you need ALOT of browser instances running at the same time because it doesn't have near the overhead that IE or Netscrape have... but other than that, I personally don't care for it.

Brian... PHP is server side scripting. It doesn't matter what browser you run on the client side. I do know that Opera is very slow with JavaScript
