batch mpg to wmv conversion?
 

I have a bunch of *.mpg files that I want converted to *.wmv.. Clips should be in the same resolution as the source mpg, names and everything the same just format/extension changed.
What could I use to do a batch conversion? (on win2k)

We use Vegas Video, but this program looks like it does most of what anybody would need for only 40$. All you cannot do it movie transitions and stuff to make commercial like videos, great software, we'll buy it.
