Stopped smoking today...
 

It's been right at 12 hours since I had my last cigarette. I'm really committed to quiting, so I think I'll be okay and won't slip up. I bought Nicorette Commit Lozenges 4mg, and they work really great. I was surprised actually at how well they kill the cravings.
