This is strange. So, you rebooted and reinstalled StatsRemote and it doesn't work? Maybe your JVM is corrupt and you need to reinstall it. Here are the download links:

Did you reset CCBill or deleted and readded it while it wasn't working? If so, it will take some time as StatsRemote needs to read the stats history again.

CCBill affiliate or main stats? Do you get a red status?
