Any tips to increase the prod on my tumb tgp?

Can anybody give me any tips to increase the prod on my thumb tgp? The site is at http://www.freepaysitepics.com

The prod is usually about 180%. I posted here a few weeks back about this and it was suggested I increase my thumb size from 88x88 to 120x90 which I did. My prod did go up a bit but it needs to go up a lot more.

Any suggestions please?

Thanks :-)

Skim 70% instead of 60

I kept the skim at 60% to grow quicker. But it's not going to grow with a 180% prod so I just changed it to 70% skim. Maybe it will work better - thanks jollyperv.

Any more suggestions?

Noticed you're not taking submissions, it's probably a good idea if you take them...from a surfer's perspective, the same FHGs get pretty boring after awhile. Require a recip on submitted galleries... sometimes recips give you a little traffic back (very little, but traffic is traffic), and of course they work positively toward your pr.

How many galleries do you have in your database?
If its not that many, keep adding galleries.

Factors affecting prod (in somewhat of an order):

1) Thumbs - quality-wise, meaning crisp, sharp, high contrast but also what your crop out .. body shots vs. face shots, hardcore vs. softcore etc. You have to play around and find what works. You can't be lazy on cropping with a thumb-preview site.

2) Order thumbs by clicks so most clicked thumbs are at the top.

3) Skimming .. not just how often you send a surfer to trade, but when. You don't have to skim the same amount on each thumb. It's usually a good idea to send the first couple clicks to a gallery then off to a trade on the 3rd or 4th click etc. If the surfer has to click 10 times to get a trade he'll probably be getting close to the end of his 'session' there and wont' click so much - but if you send him to a trade on 1st or 2nd click he might get annoyed.

You can try skimming 65% but always sending the first click to gallery.

4) Your trades sending you traffic. If you've got a big trade sending you volumes of traffic but it's very low quality then obviously your overall prod will go down. After working on your overall design then concentrate on pushing your high prod, high value (I consider value to be clicks in return for hits out) trades up above the rest.

I always find it amazing that the adult industry is where one competitor / business can always ask another one for advice

you dont see Wendy's managers running over the McDonalds saying, "can you try our new hamburger out to get an idea of how people will like it when we put it on the market next month?"

companies usually pay for focus groups, and / or advice

In other industries there is competition, but there is also a good amount of cooperation that most people are not aware of. You will find that cooperation can produce a return for some companies. If you help out company A a bit, and company B a bit chances are they in turn would be more willing to help you out. I have worked for several companies that were in competition but still helped each other out. We would run out of a supply and the competition would loan us some until we could get some in. One of our machines would break down and they would either lend us one of their spares or do the work for us as a favor. We also worked cooperatively to solve problems that affected us both.

Thanks for all the replies guys :-)

I also think the new version of UCJ thats coming out any time now with the first click to gallery option will make a big difference to my prod.
