Ever been to Jai Alai?
 

Went today for my first time. What a crazy ass game. It gets fucking nerve racking when your team or players get in the final rounds. I was one point away from hitting a trifecta that paid $1,300, and the fucking guy overserved. All in all it was a fun.

i used to go when they had it in Milford, CT. fun game to watch, needs more deaths ppl warn about though.

i hear they are heavily fixed.

we tried to buy out the vip box at one for a tgp vip party - we were told it was impossible -it was hinted that some of the regulars were'connected' and you can't even buy their seats for a private party at any cost

Good point. They have single and doubles matches, and I think they have the same 20 or so players play each other year round.
I would seem easy enough to throw a game...and tri's average around a grand each unlike the horses. I can believe it no prob.

It's just like a 3 sided sqaush game with a bigger court. The ball, a little smaller and harder than a baseball, hits off the walls like a "superball". They catch and throw with some kind of basket attached to their hands untill they miss of goes out of bounds.

And yes... it's a betting sport. (Just like a horse race) 12 games, Win, place, show. Exactas, trifectas etc.

Used to pass that place all the time but never checked it out. Damn! Sounds like fun...

that one is closed and is something else now. used to be great to get bombed there and then ride into Yale and bang the silly girls.
