Any Free or Trial AVS creators out there?
 

Does anyone know of demo or free AVS creation software out there anywhere?

I'm not quite ready to plunk down 1.5k on the program but want to start developing AVS sites.

Any ideas?

Just out of curiosity:

Would you pay for a web-based application that would do this for you?

Understandable - but remember, you don't need to have a program to do it.. If you want to create AVS sites, just do it by hand. All a program does for you is make it take less of your time (which is important if you like to diversify.)

And in fact, I recommend that if you haven't done them by hand, that you do that first, before you even consider buying any program/script.

Thanks, anyone have any good pointers on creating AVS sites then, I don't mind doing my own at first and your point is good, don't automate before you understand it.

Any pointers on AVS techniques would be great.

Some of my quick tips:

Use as many AVSes as you can. Make a seperate entrance for each one.

Always use the minimum amount of pics for feeders (usually 30). Spread them out on at least 3 galleries to maximize ad space.

Choose the top 10 link lists (or however many you can stomach manually submitting to) and make entrances for them as well, with 4-6 recips per entrance above the enter link, and then submit those entrances to the linklists.

Finally, choose an AVS you want to promote (I recommend FNP) and submit that entrance to DMOZ and the other search engines. (Use hitguru.com if you're feeling lazy, but manually submit to DMOZ for sure.

Those are mostly traffic tips, but that's really the hard part.
