So my ex just fucked with my credit...

she called and cancelled a very good standing credit line on my credit report since she was the secondary account holder. she did this without even consulting me.

she said she had to because of her divorce proceedings. i'm so pissed that i'm about to contact her ex-husband and inform him that she was unfaithful to him during their engagement. should I??

i normally wouldnt do this but she had really fucked me over in the past (had me arrested & beat by 8 cops, stole my motorcyle, etc.) & i made up with her then started fucking her while she was engaged to specifically to hold something over her in the future should she fuck with me again.

this seems like a perfect opportunity to break it out. should I?

call me a bastard if you will... you still don't know the whole story of what this girl put me through. :feels-hot

DatingGold 10-25-2004 01:05 PM

that was the last account with her, we agreed to keep it open since it was good credit but for some reason she closed it on her attorneys advice. i really dont get why... it's going to most likely drop my score.

dodger21 10-25-2004 01:09 PM

How do I get a hold of her? Do you mind if I fuck her?

wes 10-25-2004 01:11 PM

Man use it against her. If she has caused you that many problems I suggest you cause some hell in her life as well.

If you were divorced at the time she did this you can take legal action against her. same thing happened to a friend of mine, his wife ran up an $1800.00 bill on a credit line they had when they were married and he had forgotten to remove her, he took her to court and the judge ruled in his favor, even though it was his fault he forgot to remove her they still made her pay back the debt.

You should seek legal counsel on it.

EDIT: I read your post wrong I suppose, you werent married to her but you had credit with her? not sure about that, I would still seek legal counsel.

4Pics 10-25-2004 01:15 PM

have sex with her again, since you like it so much

SleazyDream 10-25-2004 01:17 PM

what goes around comes around.

it stops with those that have class

BoNgHiTtA 10-25-2004 01:17 PM

To be honest, it was a liability for her to keep it open. If she doesn't talk to you anymore, why would she keep a joint credit.

You should have removed her name from the account, or closed it along time ago.

BigasMoe 10-25-2004 01:17 PM

It's been a minute since I've done it but ifyou want me too I'll send my brother " MC Choke a Ho" over to talk to her and if thats to severe I got my cousin who I get along with really well " DJ Slap a Lot". Let me know bro:thumbsup

Gynecologist 10-25-2004 01:18 PM

What would it matter to her ex-husband that she was unfaithful to him? They are divorced. So what the fuck?

adis55 10-25-2004 01:18 PM

dude,

i am a mortg. broker. it wont drop your score but it might effect
"tradeline requirements" when you go apply for more loans in future . It will only drop your score if that particular tradeline was much higher in balance than your other ones...
also, if the balance of the tradeline was over 50pct of available credit, it actually might up your score, believe it or not.

Banks like all tradelines at 48pct.

for example, "Fannie Mae" (home purchase) guideline for any A-paper loan is 4 tradelines. You need score of 620 or above to even try to get qualified. I dont think it matters that much when it comes to cars and cards..

you are tripping waaaay too much over 1 tradeline.
if anybody has any mortg./credit report questions, email me or call
866-542-6678 xt 32 i have license in all 50 states

later

woj 10-25-2004 01:20 PM

She could have done WAY worse... I wouldn't sweat about it too much....

Lesson #1

Never NEVER let women have access to your money or credit. NEVER!

they are still in the process, she found out he was bangin his ex-girlfriend & will probably try and use that against him to extort more money out of him.

eroswebmaster 10-25-2004 01:23 PM

LOL damn Steve...you really are hardcore.

Fucking a chick specifically to hang it over her head. You are my hero. :thumbsup

she had... trust me... i never was vindictive towards her about it but i've stacked my chips just in case i needed to.

axelcat 10-25-2004 01:26 PM

that sucks

Peaches 10-25-2004 01:27 PM

She's right. The only way for her to get off the account was to close it and you have to open another account in your name only. She was protecting herself against you running up a large bill and her being legally responsible for it.

Any lawyer would have given her advice to do this. I didn't and I got hammered for an over $17K AMX bill from my ex.

we had both agreed not to even use it, just let it sit there. hell it was a line of credit for purchasing motorcylces. she knew damn well i never wanted to buy another one after my accident.

Unless you were sleeping with her *while* she was married, I don't think it would matter, as far as her divorce goes. Depending on where you live, it might not matter anyway. My state is a "no fault" divorce state, so the reasons don't matter. Everyone gets a divorce on grounds of irreconcilable differences, or something like that.

Yeah, my ex agreed to do the same thing. Since I had been a housewife during our marriage I had no credit and we were leaving it open so I could build some up in my name. It was a $17K lesson for me.

TheLegacy 10-25-2004 01:58 PM

line starts behind me - similar situation around 8 years ago

glad Im done with her

stevecore 10-25-2004 02:01 PM

well, i guess i'm just gonna chalk it up to not having to talk to her ever again. this was the last straw and told her to fuck off, there was no real reason to talk to her anymore anyways.

Nanda 10-25-2004 03:13 PM

Sorry to hear that...I can't believe people get like that..I always tell my husband if we get a divorce all I want is the crystal....everything else he can have because it was all basically bought with his money, and I am not going to fight for material things, nor cause him harm....:(

pxxx 10-25-2004 03:29 PM

Thats fucked up, thats why you are not suppose to trust them like that.

NinjaSteve 10-25-2004 03:49 PM

You talk to your husband about a divorce?

:1orglaugh

KCat 10-25-2004 04:13 PM

You're not with this girl anymore? And she's getting a divorce? I'd be happy she just closed it & didn't try to use it for her legal fees!

Doctor Dre 10-25-2004 04:21 PM

I dare you to do a 3 way on the phone, tell her hubby while she's on the line and record everythign
