I feel that the DVD or whatever should go to the person that posted the most informative post or started the best discussion in a given week.

It's a recent movement on this board - newbie wave or whatever you wanna call it.

I'm with viper - on the point - that I think a weekly prize should go to the BEST post...and not necessarily the one that started the longest post.

And to answer the Dude's question... in the first couple weeks of my first tgp...I had some content on there from ATK. They were nice about it. We pulled it. We met up at the convention ... It's all good now.

It's something that virtually all beginners do...And it's something all professionals despise...because we know how much work it takes.

When I was a newbie, I had "public domain" images. That was like 4 years ago. There weren't any newbie boards, and hardly any webmasterboards at all, maybe just YNOT. I got on the phone with the guy, he was nice enough to explain that I was breaking the law, took pity on my newbie ass, and let me off the hook. I pulled the pics, bought legal shit, and that was that. Oh, and I still have a free link to that website on my site.
