It was my daughter's 5th birthday. She loved riding on my bike, but she had to sit in front of me, which meant she could only ride around the neighborhood, so I decided for her 5th birthday to get her a motorcycle helmet, which meant she would have to start sitting behind me.
She was so excited when she saw it, and immediately wanted to go for a ride. Her mom thought I was just going to take her down the street again, but since she now had a helmet, and was a big girl, we rode out to Hermosa Beach, and went to the bar I used to hang out at back then.
A few weeks ago she was with me at Bartels Harley-Davidson and was looking at the helmets. Guess what she is getting tomorrow.
