Westmaster hosting any good?
 

anyone here use them? I need a good host with a fast setup and they don't have a 800# to call if you need support. I only need 10GB for under $20 any suggestions? vector-force is to high and dosen't even have a secure sign up same way with webair.

I should take that back, they have been real good up until this past week. I just couldnt help it.

Get two of the 7 gigs plan it's cheaper (per gig) than the 10 gigs plan!!! Why is that?

I would avoid Westmaster. I signed up for them 3 months ago. Didn't hear a word from them for over 4 days, so my site was in limbo. They didn't get back to my emails, until 4 days later, so I went to another host. And although I never used the site, and let them know within 48 hours that their service level was inadequate, I was still charged for a full month on my VISA.

I went with Elevated Hosting. Great prices, great service, and fast connections. Plus, the site was up and ready in less then 5 minutes. (Not including domain transfer) I signed up for an affiliate number today, so, if anyone is interested.... [email protected]

Hey who are you ? what's your email you use in sign up form ?

we setup account in 12-24 hours. may be you used wrong email address or address of domain you setuped with us and emails did not reach you.

I have signed up with your webhost me too. Got no answer for weeks and signed up with another webhost. I emailed you many, many times. I emailed CCBill to get a refund. No answer. You got a chargeback from me.

You need to work your signup process a bit better... Why the f*ck did you ask for my cc#, and then ask me to pay thru CCBill? Now you have my CC# info on file.

Your prices are good. But you need to be way more professionnal. Getting my cc on file, not following orders and not answering emails is a big turn down.

This is past... I don't care... cya.

yes that's it, you sign up with [email protected] email and your new account contain quadtime.com domain too. That's why after setup your new account info came to new account because we can see it locally on new location.
You have to contact us in this case using our web contact form with different email address, if you authenticate your identity we send you account info.

I still expect an answer to my emails... I waited over a week to chargeback because I didn't get reply to my emails. Anyways, check his price structure out guys... it really good. Also... you didn't answer why you ask for the cc# at first and then let ccbill bill us? Remove my cc# from your database asap please.

Same case with me (as mentioned above). And I never did get a refund for the one month. The first reply I received after calling ccbill and writing your support numerous times was 96 hours later - 4 days. (Visa Merchant Investigations called me back immediately, but I decided not to pursue the matter further). Sorry for the slam...but if the shoe fits..
