Remember when TLC used to be about LEARNING?

Now it's only about cheap renovations, cheap weddings, cheap plastic surgeries, cheap decorations... and so on.

I swear, the only thing they ever show is somebody having stuff done for them at a very limited budget.

What ever happened to them using The Learning Channel for actual learning?

I hear ya. Discovery used to have animals on it, too. Now it's all motorcycles and cars and garages. The only thing good on it is Daily Planet and the occasional Sunday Showcase (when it's not a rerun).

exactly, thats why I stick with the history channel, the american one, not the faggish canadian history channel.

Too dry. I need flashing lights and technicolour to keep my attention. :) I want Discovery to rerun Blue Planet, actually. I have almost all the episodes on tape, but I keep missing the deep sea glow in the dark fish episode.

Elli if you are coming to Vegas for Internext don't miss the underwater 3D IMAX show at the Luxor. You will love it. It is so real it makes you want to reach out and grab the fish, except when the sharks swim by. :)
