I don't see it, I also don't see anything specific saying how it happens.

I'm able to open anything that's in the top 1/3 of page one. Everything else gives me an error.

Now serious : MySQL sucks for HUGE db's.

Try PostgreSQL or even better Berkeley DB with SQL module.

I think their mySQL database is full. Probably the cache is full and needs to be dumped
