Actually, if your looking to make a good e-mail list. You can just bang around webpages (or what ever) and use a program called "Clip Cache Plus." Clip Cache allows you to capture e-mail addresses (or anything else for that matter) by simply highlighting the e-mail address (or text) on the webpage, and then pressing "Ctrl + C." It works somewhat like the clipboard, but the cool part about Clip Cache, is that each time you press Ctrl + C, you append the new clip to your list of clips automatically. This allows you to make an e-mail list very fast, and with ease! Clip Cache Plus also lets you sort, and organize your list as well. I use it all the time. - Forget the #2 pencil.

well, there's scripts out there that will search sites automatically and capture email addresses. but that is a tool of a spammer, so if i told you where to get them i'd have to kill you.

Yes, I have used many e-mail harvesting programs, but they are a shotgun approach. I have had FAR better success with "targeting" my audience.
