safe place for registering domains?
 

I need a registrar where i can use their nameserver for pointing the domain, and spamming as much as i want, without having trobles with them.
Any recommendations?

Registrars shouldn't mess with your domains regardless, that's your host's job.

I always recommend eNom and Moniker.
