This has nothing to do with compliance and everything to do with permission. Are you promoting ATK? And if so, is your use of the content within their acceptable use policy? I dunno, last time I checked promoting atk was an INVITE ONLY program, and the content was PROVIDED to affiliates ONLY through ATK staff or direct permission from them. Somehow I don't think this has changed, and I get the distinct impression they won't like the way you're using their content.

Oh, and the graphics WERE a problem.. I seem to remember some ILLEGALLY POSTED images from Time magazine and many other news media sources, including many adult sites. DOn't get caught in your own lies, retard.

Even with the link fixed I doubt ATK will approve the way he uses their image. It takes up the entire page and there is one really small text link to give them credit for providing the image. The way he uses it seems to suggest that ATK is somehow supportive of his site. They ABSOLUTELY HATE controversy and like to remain low key. Being associate with sexeducation is likely not something they'll accept with arms wide open.
