How many of you have never had a serious long term relationship?
 

I'm talking year and years long and where you lived with the other person? I am just getting the feeling that that kind of experience is limited around here lately.

5 years with the same girl and I'm only 23.

5 (mostly great) years with the same girl. haven't seen her since 2001, haven't had another long term relationship since.

Although I was with the same person for 20 years - I have come to the realization - we never had a REAL relationship.

Although we had a son.

I've been with my wife for about 3 years now and plan on being with her forever...

nothing wrong with you at all as long as you love each other. I got married at 19 and tuesday it will be 8 years.

Happily married for 12 years, two kids ;)

I have been in 4 relationships that have been a year or more. Been with the current women for 4 years now. Still need to design a site that I think webinc may be helpful with.

My guesstimate is that 90% of the 'real' users on GFY havent had a proper relationship in their life.

You only have to look at the posts most of these fools make to see that, all they are concerned with is getting high, getting drunk and, finding where the cheapest hookers are :2 cents:

Hell i would even hazard a guess that most of them are fresh outta college too.

You don't have to look any farther then your own posts. You are the worst of the worst GFY has to offer. Maybe (though very doubtful) once you are able to pay your own bills (ie: a measly 500 bucks), people might begin to take you seriously. People who scam out on what they owe are the absolutely scum of this industry. Simply pathetic, and far below everyone else. :)

Dont beleive everything you read on GFY.. 99% of it is all 'smoke and mirrors' ;)

The other 1% is part of someones marketing game ;)

don't start looking at yourself, start looking at the type people you are attracted 2 and try not picking the same type person. Don't always go for looks or like me Legs. :Graucho I can see a pair of nice legs and can not really what the womans looks like.

that's just an example.

some of the best women I've been with were not the best looking. Some of the real wacko's were the good looking ones.

2 years my longest relationship. I'm just not sure if I want to "invest" so much into something like that at this time.

I'm currently in my longest serious relationship......closing in on 7 months and still going strong :thumbsup

I'm 23 btw.

I have a reason why I don't have much serious gf's though:

- I wont date a girl just so I can sleep with her
- I won't date a girl unless I think it can go somewhere
- I won't date a girl just to "have a gf" like my friends

That policy has led to a great number of sex partners, fuckfriends and one-night stands though, so I can't complain :thumbsup
