I'm new on this board but over 4 years in the business :-) A lot of person here know me since long time so First Go Fuck Yourself everybody..

Now I want to know if there is a person who can help me to find the technical support to Techimedia.. I'm with this company since 3 weeks and I had 3 downtimes in 5 days. So if a person is with techiemedia please send me the Info to contact Wayne or whatever...

I've been with the kids at Techiemedia damn near since they set themselves up and this is the first downtime of any substance.

Plus Lightning is out of town making it way more inconvenient to get a hold of someone.

Glad to know that I am not the only one that has had donwtime on their sites lately. At one point it was down for 6 hours. I have emailed and icq'd support with no luck. Hopefully someone can get some answers.

You guys may want to try www.strictlyhosting.com I know they have great customer service and are very reliable they are worth checking out.

You mean to tell me you signed up for hosting and didn't get a number/icq/email for technical support??? Step right this way and let me show you a nice bridge I happen to have forsale...

I have also been with Techie Media for a few months. This past week some wierd server problems did happen, but I understand these things do happen and this was the 1 and only problem they ever had. Techie has been 1 of the best hosts I've ever used and I know they are new, but they are typically very good. The prices are extreamly good, and I am sure they are busting their asses to get their act together. I've heard through the grape vine that Lightning has just become a partner there, and I know that this will surely bring some great things to them, as he has always helped me out with a ton of my problems...
