When I read threads like this one, why do I always envision a picture of a guy's big happy face in clown makeup, and that pic suddenly get's blasted full of holes like a paper target at a shooting range?

This whole post smacks of "newbie", so why don't we just straight up tell this guy:
Hey Free One, your site looks good BUT (and there's always a but) your domain name is too close for comfort to one of our good friend's the hun, some of your content is illegal (you are declaring it as public domain, no such thing bro), and since your site is new and only get's 1k/day if that, you really should be on here looking for assistance and to work up new trades rather than announcing to a bunch of experienced webmasters how you are gonna save our day with your big traffic.

That's about it. I'll close by adding here to freehun that if you continue to try to defend the indefensible you'll continue to get your ass kicked.

The good news is that these things can all be fixed relatively easily and affordably.
