Not everyone but those that say they pay flat rate.

They just shaved me whit 25% !<font color="#606060">

check the terms,,they might not say or don't pay for high risk countries that you'd usually seen paying for .02 cents

some dialer sponsers that crunch their numbers realize that they will loose to pay .40 cents flat for only .02 country...
its funny to me when i see to good to be true numbers for flat rates,,,

Well I don't get so many usa, uk, and/or germany minutes, that's why I used a flat rate dialer... but as you can see at the top of this site, I don't like the word flat rate any more...

Yeah... unfortunately many countries will only allow max per-minute charges of 5-10 cents... so you gotta know that if somebody claims 75 cents per minute for every country.. they're probably full of shit :-)
