Kerry will not continue the attack on the industry. Clinton instructed Reno to lay off porn and go after child porn. The Bush administration has a different view entirely. They must pander to the religious right, just like the Demo's pander to the blacks. A democrat would never appoint anyone like Ashhahahahaha. A democrat will not appoint more conservative judges which is the single most important thing a president does in my opinion.
I'm not a die hard democrat. I'm just in the porn business and live in reality. I don't believe in abortion, but I don't want it outlawed so that only the rich can get a safe abortion. There are better ways to prevent it but neither party will get real because they pander to a certain segment. Both parties are shit. The entire process is shit. Even though Demo's will increase taxes on those in the top bracket, you still have to make way over 250,000.00 a year to feel the hit. In my mind a pornographer would need to make at least 1 Million a year before the tax would become a real issue. Then I could understand a pornographer voting Republican simply out of greed. I wouldn't agree with him, but at least he would have a valid reason to vote Republican.

Correct. The highest tax bracket starts at $312K, but that doesn't mean if you make $312K you get taxed at 35%, it's that everything AFTER that get's taxed at $35%. In fact someone that made $312K a year only pays 27% total in income taxes. Now this same person also has $224K exempt from social security taxes. Poor people don't get such exemption.

When all is said and done someone who is "in the top tax bracket" of $312K in income, still takes home $218K a year after income and FICA taxes. Now if you can't live off of that then I have ZERO sympathy for you. I would GLADLY pay 35% in income taxes if I could make that amount of money.
