I tested what they said - they (sex.com) are right - this is so stupid. The suit boils down to sex.com redirecting yahoo.sex.com to their site - well they seem to do this with anything.sex.com. Yahoo sent them a letter asking them to stop and sex.com filed suit seeking declaratory judgement they are not infringing. Unless there is something else that the article didn't mention (like sex.com actually promoting yahoo.sex.com) - I can't see how Yahoo could ever win. It is times like this that I wish to God I had a law degree. Yahoo would be so crushed.

I suppose yahoo well next go after people with custom 404s. Yahoo should have gone out of business a long time ago, but the stupidity of America has kept them afloat.

Oh well - big deal - type in "blowjobs" in yahoo and you can look at as many blowjob galleries as you want without ever having to prove you are 18. Why? Otherwise Yahoo couldn't fuck us all up the ass for $600 to be listed on their shit ass directory.

With their 7.6 billion dollars in market cap - they still cannot not hire some 16 year to write a script to check and remove 404 pages from their directory. I wanted to make sure this was still true - did a search for chess - the second link I clicked on came up 404.
