Bush is out doing campaign speeches every day. Who is running the country? I guess it may be naive to think he's really running it anyway. Cheney probably sits in the oval office most of the time while Bush chills in the game room.

If presidents could only serve one term, we'd have a president running the country 100% of his time in office, not campaigning during the work week.

I don't think Bush really has any real influence over how the country is run, it's his administration that's destroying the progress of previous administrations for their own personal gain.
