Kerry or Bush? Why?
Tell me who I should vote for, and why. Be serious too if possible.
|
Badnarik. It's high time to change the two-party view of this country and start putting people before government.

kerry because he can sprrreak engrrrish.

im voting for kerry - im not FOR him though, i'm just that much against bush
|
None of the above, i dont really like some of the laws bush follows nor is he good for business but keeps our country safe, Kerry on the other hand is pointless, i think the only reason he ran for president is because he was bored at home.

I've had repubs tell me that I'd be voting for Kerry if I vote for Badnarik, and I've had dems tell me I'd be voting for Bush. BULLSHIT. I'm NOT voting for either one of them. That's why you vote FOR someone, you vote for what you believe is the best option. To vote for a third party may seem like a waste to you, but I'll be damned if I vote for either of those money-hungry wannabe gods. |
Bush choked under pressure.
Don't vote for him, he is clearly unfit to lead any country. |
I'm voting for Bush. At least you know that he really believes in his point of views. He has always followed the same view points even through two terms as Govenor of Texas. With Kerry, he is suddenly saying so many things that he NEVER did anything about in 20 years in the senate. All of the sudden he is for business, for example, but in 20 years he always voted against business. He just seems to be saying whatever people want to hear in order to get elected. This is a representative republic. We don't vote on every issue, we don't have the time to study them all. Instead, we hire (elect) someone whose philosophy we agree with in order to make those decisions for us. No one really knows WHAT Kerry's philosophy is since he is just saying whatever goes in the direction that the polls are going. :2 cents:

Bush or a 3rd party.

When the majority of the population are sheep, and you know the majority of the population are sheep you have a choice to make. Regardless of who you "want" to win you know it's impossible. One of the two guys you despise is going to be elected President on Nov. 3rd. One of those guys would be happy to see you in jail. The other we don't know about yet. You can either stand firm in your convictions of voting for "the best choice for this country" or actually doing something that matters and choosing one of the only 2 real options. Even Jesus walks with his sheep when they stray off course. :2 cents: |
Bush. Becuase family tradition, and because I believe bush was right with the war in Iraq. No matter if they found WMD or not. Sadam needed removed and Bush did the right thing.
|
I'm voting for Kerry as I like his vision for American more. He has a good plan for Iraq and a better grasp of world politics. I also believe he will do a MUCH better job of getting our economy back on track here at home. He is clearly fit to lead as any other politician is imo.
Bush & the VP who hid out like pussies during Vietnam must be late bloomers when it comes to having NUTS, but now that they're old politicians they don't mind being tough guys with OTHER people's kids...ironic isn't it? Bush is a scary religious extremist...and he's a liar that can't admit mistakes (wmd, coke, etc) Bush is willing to rewrite the Constitution based on his personal beliefs and for political gain... A vote for Bush is a vote for al Queda imo...he will continue breeding hate faster than he can kill it. Kerry understands the need to make this more of a world wide supported effort, we can NOT operate and win this war alone. We NEED Germans onboard, we NEED Russians backing us, we even need FRENCH cooperation as they have a huge muslim population that we need intel data from/on....we can NOT do this solo/cowboy style and pull it off, this is a different war that requires someone with the ability to manage complex communication issues and relationships with OTHER countries....Bush has demonstrated a severe deficit in this area. Kerry's insight and communication skills will keep us safer! Kerry will help restore our hurting ass economy... Kerry will protect the constitution... those 3 reasons are enough for me... :thumbsup :thumbsup PS: I've primarily voted Republican my whole life...so it's not like my rant is coming from a lifetime liberal, conservative-hating idiolog SEE SIG |

I am voting for Kerry. Not because I like John Kerry but because George Bush is putting our country at risk. We are more hated now abroad than we ever have been before. We are more at risk of terrorism than ever before. Bush's "one man army" stance sounds all nice and heroic but let's throw out a quick scenario. We have troops in Iraq and Afghanistan right? Ok even with those being the only 2 major occupations right now, there are whispers of a draft and of manpower shortages. Who is to say that China, N.Korea and Iran aren't in cahoots at this very moment preparing to launch a full scale US invasion? We don't have the manpower to fend something like that off. We are spread too thin and we don't have the international support from the UN like we should due largely to Bush's cowboy antics. Say what you want about the United States not needing international support but it's bullshit. We do need good allies or we are fucked. If we get attacked on 2 or 3 sides who are we gonna send? Who are we gonna call on? The LAPD?I doubt most nations are even willing to listen to a word Bush has to say anymore. We have to get someone in office that can atleast start mending the international fuckup that W has caused. He is not a leader, he is like the kid in the sand box who hogs all the cool buckets and shit.
