CNN played it but there was nothing humerous aboout their broadcast... and when Bush fell off the Segway thing a few months ago that was all over the US news...and I'm sure it was all over the news in other places as well...

So yes, if/when Bush falls or falters people do laugh.

Talk to some of my cuban nieghbors here in Miami that escaped from the Castro regeime after their families and loved ones were imprisoned, beaton, made to work in slave labour camps, etc.... for daring to say anything against Castro. Talk to the people who actually went through this.


In the meantime, the socialists of the world would love to see Bush or any leader that they don't like falling down. Hell, for that matter, when President Ford was falling down airplane steps, everyone in the world, including us here in the US, was playing it over and over and laughing at it.

So the short answer is....of course they would.
