I seem to be having problems with my stats page. It's not timing out or anything like that. I seem to have a discrepency in the actual page itself regarding my signups.

On the top part of the stats page, it shows that I have 10 sign ups so far for this period. At the pie graph, it shows that I have 10 signups. BUT at the bottom of the page, where the actual dollar amount is posted it shows that I only have 6!!!

Is there something I'm not understanding??

Check your stats and where you get to choose the period, choose the one that gives you the current period's sales totals. ie. aug 16 - 31

I emailed Kevin about this last night. Let's see what he's got to say about this.

Anyone else having this situation?

And I just checked my stats for last period, Aug 1-15 and sure enuf, it says that I made 6 sales but only got paid (got my check today) for 3!!!

My sales dissapeared all the time...

Said it was stats prob.....

Needless to say I dont use the anymore....

Just a gut feeling from me that something about them aint kosher , since they changed over from CTC..but thats my opinion

Juice - I know what you're talking about in regards to them swichin.

I've never had problems in the past with them so I'll see what they have to say in their response.

Mine shows 10 signups in the first table, but the others include total payout showed only 5 signups.

It's not the first time that Topbucks' signups mysteriously disappear. They claimed there was a minor problem and that their wanted to fix it a couple of weeks ago.
