Some people are making a pretty damn good living at it also

The mind boggles as to how much Ebay turnover in a year.

While the number is huge I doubt it's $430,000. Many of those mainstream tards think making $150 a week is a "full time living".

Just selling collectors' stuff or even readily available stuff?

I knew a guy who did that with antiques and made a decent living.

I don't know how much money he made exactly, but he could afford to have two homes built at the same time, etc.

Very true..my friend has been doing it for 7 years..next month he has to stop because he can't afford to pay the listing fees..he profits $150 a week...at one time he made $10k monthly

No, his market died. Things get oversaturated fast. I can still sling $20,000 a month of 1 item on there but I hate it with a passion.

It's probably alot harder to make money these days because alot more people are doing it.

Factories are putting stuff on there at virtually cost price, so this must have a dramatic effect on online retail sales.

As most americans dont mind buying online (ebay) there is no reason for them to go to the store or buy from and online retail store.

I used to make good coin on eBay back years ago. Everyone remember the "banned cd"? I made $12,000 in one moth with that damn thing. Used to sell a lot of collectiables as well.
