I gave up smoking 6 weeks ago, went completlely cold turkey, none of this nicotine patch rubbish didnt see the point and now feel much better for it! Been eating alittle more than usual but mostly just been eating up sugar free mints. Get on the case of those mate and you wont eat as much.
