Not on this tour. He's back on the sauce, playing all sorts of licks that don't fit with the songs, and he's generally out of it. When they were in Biloxi, he apparently said, "Thank you Houston!" The poor guy is almost as sad as David Lee Roth, his old nemesis who has also aged quite poorly.
Legendary rocker David Lee Roth, the famed front man for the '80s megaband Van Halen, is apparently reinventing himself as an emergency medical technician.

I totally agree with you! Sammy rocks. I think I also read somewhere that VH sold more CD's with Sammy as the front man.
SIG TOO BIG! Maximum 120x60 button and no more than 3 text lines of DEFAULT SIZE and COLOR. Unless your sig is for a GFY top banner sponsor, then you may use a 624x80 instead of a 120x60.

Maybe if you drink milk, drive a Nissan, and try to work on your relationship with your wife. Dave-era VH was about real rock and roll: it was fun, free, it made you tap your foot and swagger. Sammy-era VH was a poppy band that made songs about love and feelings... and did it quite poorly at that.
I'll take songs like Unchained over crap like Dreams any day of the week.
