Here is what he said

I say he owns the web site and he is liable for what gets posted.

Please help so I can stop these assholes. It pisses me off that I own the licence to the images and own the domain but the guy still wont comply. There are a pile more images posted on this forum that are being hotlinked from my server. The url I gave you is just 1 of several

Hey Pete, contact the server he's on. Servers don't want any shit that might come down on them, tell them your taking legal actions for both the hotlinking and the copyright violations, ask them whose side they're on.

Get anti-hotlink for NT Or fix your .htaccess if you are on unix.

I just did a who is on them and found that perhaps he owns the server??THEMAYHEM.COM
