Which cc processors can handle per minute transactions?

So user signs up buys minutes / chips / whatever for a
certain time frame enters his/hers cc info is aproved gets
access to the content and is the deleted after he / she / it
spend the time?

i've never heard of this, but i'm interested to see what processors might do this as well.

You need your own script for that. Never heard of processors that offer this service.
