26" rims - too big?

from what i remember.. 26 inch rims arent really 26 inches... the outer lip is, because they dont make tires past 23... its supposedly too dangerous to exceed that size.. i may be wrong.. goona look it up :thumbsup

I'm all for beautiful rims. But 26"ers look too gaudy IMO. They almost seem to take away from the vehicle rather than complimenting it. :2 cents:

Personally i think it's far too big and looks ridiculous in real life, but on that pic it seems to look ok. Probably just the angle though.

rims that big make the car drive like a complete peice of shit. I got 24's and they make it drive pretty shitty. 26's you can feel and hear every little tiny bump in the road.

Anything over 22" is fucking over doing it. Tires for 26" wheels must be outrageous.

26's look good on most vehicles that have large wheel gap, like 26' on an escalade that is slammed.. looks really damn good.
