what do u mix with your whey protein?
 

i just bought some strawberry designer whey protein

Milk man, only milk, nothing else :thumbsup

Carb cutters ice cream
Natural peanut butter (goes good w/ chocolate)
Vanilla extract
Mint (w/ chocolate)
Fruit (strawberries, blueberries, banana, etc)

some other stuff... you can make it interesting w/o adding anything bad :)

pizza, peanut butter and raw egg

milk or water and sometimes I mix it with a creatine dose so you get it all together.

Peanut butter, oatmeal, cottage cheese, fruit & sometimes Glutamine

mix it with OJ with lots pulp it helps to hold the whey suspended and helps it not to be lumpy.\

Pour a lil anadrol in there

I can honestly day i've never used any...

milk, that's it, i asked for the less-shittier taste and the guy from the store gave me vanilla.

I should sue him for gross negligence and cruel and unusual punishment
