Programmer needed for a quick project.
 

Platform: Windows XP

Prj Description:
Project will serve as a standalone "add-on" application which will reload a specified .exe when process is not present in memory.

This project is meant to work side by side with 2 other applications:
Application #2 Performs API calls on application #1(main), causing it to sometimes lockup.
Since application #2 has a process kill feature, it kills application #1 when lagged or not responding. I do not have the source of Application#2 with me on this system, so it makes it difficult to add anything further.

Your job will be to create an application that will scan for a certain process, and when this process is not detected it will then begin a timer count down. When countdown is complete the exe will then need to be executed. Normal features and functions will required.

Tweaking and other debugging will be necessary if needed.
I will not be able to provide application #1 or #2 due to privacy purposes.

Since the overall functionality is fairly simple and easily understandable, I would hope one can easily whip something up in a minimal time period.

I should also explain that I do not expect this project to cost more than $XX.00 since it's relatively simple and does not require tons of code. I'd like this project ASAP, since I'm growing tired of manually reloading it on my own.
