                              They do a VERY thorough background! Most sponsoring firms (legit ones) do an even more intrusive background on any potential brokers. If you have a felony conviction you can pretty much forget it!

                                                      You can also forget it if you've had financial problems i.e. unpaid debts, claimed bankruptcy.
