That's a bit risky I'd think.

They do outside the US for sure, hell even adult chat (think phone sex, but with typing) is popular around Europe.

Inside the US, I think a good starting point is to offer it as an upgraded subscription... so you get access to your site, and the ability to browse on your phone if you want.

It is just now becoming viable, but with the number of video phones/higher resolution phones coming to market it is only a matter of time.

What's the video format? 3gp? I have some footage I shot that I'd like to sell.. it has a phone sex number emblazoned on it too..

Not sure what that particular phone plays. (it isn't launched yet).

However, WireRunner can turn your AVI's/Mpegs into formats supported by phones on the fly. (3gp is the most common, but some support other types, at different resolutions etc...)

I've been making my videos in a smartphone ready format for quite awhile, getting ready for the US to catch on to it, but would love to stop doing that, and have them made on the fly from my high quality versions.
