ICQ is fucking up today?!

ICQ has been fucking up for months. Every time I chat with someone, I get everything that they say 2 times.

ICQ sucks in pro and works fine in lite... wtf... and when I had the earlier version I never had a problem... is ther ea way to DL the old ICQ... not the new version???
