how do smaller tgp's survive?
I spoke with someone who run's a top 100 TGP and he said that noone ever really talked to him until his site started doing well.

Well in my case it took me 6 months of hard work, lots of surfing and learning before
I ever really made any money.. I didn't have problems talking with anyone, even when I was very small, But noone wants to give up any trade secrets because they had to work hard to make it too.. I just stuck with it and finally one day it clicked and I started makeing some money.. Of course I am still learning everyday |

I don't see the big secret in TGPs. List gallery submissions, mix in a % of blind links, stir, and you are done.
Some guys go "quality" and have no trades. Most have no traffic, too. Largest percentage of TGPs have trades, and the larger sites either have 30-50% trade ratio, or MASSIVE number of links on the page, shaved at 70-80% The more traffic that sees your main page ads, the more money you make. Up to you to figure out how to get the surfers to the sponsors, but if you surf it isn't hard to see. |
I have tried to keep mine clean for a year now, finally hit 15,000 hits a day. soo sad! a waste of time approving galleries everyday. lol its time to start jurking it.

I have a tgp that I have run for over 6 months. I have gone from zero to 1k a day. Thats not much. But I figure if I keep trying it will get better. I have tried everything short of buying traffic. But at least it keeps someone entertained for now. I won't give up on it though.
