I would lean towards maybe some bacon wrapped shrimp skewers, with a spicy tuna salad and a rice pilaf.

World's Easiest Chicken Alfredo

2 chicken breasts, cut into long pieces and tossed in hot pan with butter-flavor PAM

8 oz. sour cream

2 tablespoons milk

3 tablespoons butter

pinch salt

dry parsley to taste

1 lb. cooked fettucine (enough for two huge servings or four regular servings)

Toss meat until just about cooked, then add butter, sour cream, milk and salt. This will make a thick sauce - thicker if you omit the milk. (If you omit milk, toss in some parmesean cheese.. YUM)

Pour over fettucine and sprinkle with the parsley. Serve. Makes 4 servings.

Would work with shrimp as well.

Yep. And if you add the parsley directly into the sauce and add two tablespoons of worchestershire sauce and 1/2 cup of diced onion, you have a really delicious stroganoff sauce for beef.
