Incorporating late in the year: Any way to save taxes on the money you made prior..
...to incorporating ? I plan to incorporate this week and would like to be able to pay only 21%(or lower if I go offshore) for all of my 2004 incomes. My accountant doesnt seem to know if it can be done. Is there a way to do it?

All that stuff needs to be put in place first. Tho, depends what "facilities" you may have - eg.. inter company invoicing has some uses :-) |

maybe 60 days prior to paper fillings, not before though... I'd have to check again... but that's what I've read and what I'll be telling my accountant when the taxes time come up :)
