Lol.. yes.. I would say they are impacted, I have the corners of them popping through the skin...
Nitrous?????? Full Anestesia??? |
hope ya have pain killers handy :(
|
Had all 4 of mine pulled out 2 months ago. The dentist had a hard time pulling mine out. He said that the roots where really healthy and long. He had to crack my lowers to get them out.
It'll take less than an hour. Your mouth will be sore for about a week. Jaw sore for a couple days perhaps. You'll make it. :) |
i had it before . . . . .
well its a fucking shit experience . . . . . cant sleep and i kept on crying becoz of d pain . . . . . . it was removed then, my gums where cut and those teeth where pulled off from my mouth . . . . . O U C H . . . . . .:( |

Been there, done that. i had all 4 removed around a month and 2 weeks ago, two were impacted and 2 were under the gum. I think it was under sedation ; they put an iv in my arm and I passed out and didn't remember anything. The thing that hurt a lot was the IV, I don't know if you ever had one, but I'm scared of needles, and it stung a lot when it went into my vein, my eyes were tearing up, it hurts bad!!!
Other than that I can't say I felt much pain at all, and my pain tolerance is VERY low, everything hurts to me. I stopped taking Vicodin after the second day because it was making me nauseous, and it's very hard to get solid foods into your system the day of the surgery and after (for me at least) so I couldn't take Vicodin. My mouth was sore, but I can't say I felt pain. I feel more pain when I have an upset stomach or even period cramps. I recommend that you buy Sarah Lee poundcake and eat that after surgery, you don't have to chew it, it melts in your mouth and you can just swallow it, that should help if you take painkillers. I recommend being put to sleep like I was! For me the apprehension and fear was worse than getting it done. I was afraid I was going to die and even almost cried on the operating table... but in reality it was really nothing... just get it over with! |
Ask for the gas...
|
Might be a little messy with them being impacted..They will probably knock you out..good luck
|
i remember that when i woke up from the syrgery i told the doctor that he gave me some good shit, drugs are good, they give you a bunch of good pain killers also
|
i think mine are coming in. My lower teeth are feeling the effects.
|
I had mine cut out (they never broke the skin) about 20 years ago.
Get the good drugs, do EVERYTHING the doctor/dentist tells you to do - especially about keeping the sockets clean - and rent a ton of movies :) |
I had one took out because I chipped it, and it wasnt too bad. Worst part is getting your gums to quit bleeding.
|
I also had no swelling for some reason! I think my oral surgeon gave me anti-swelling stuff in the IV, I'm not sure, but I think he was a good surgeon and did a very good job, although it was kind of expensive for everything, even with insurance :(
My jaw was sore for almost a month though :( |
