Here is a safe way to keep the bulk of your money safe from idiot people that pay you with adult related descriptions.

Aside from your main account, create a user account, do not verify it or anything, just a plain account. Have your clients, or whomever send you the money to THIS account. That way if they use a description or email etc, unfitting of paypal, you would only have to deal with that payment. Instead of taking the chance of you loosing your entire account and all your funds.

Also, your not feed for a regular user account.
so your not loosing twice as much in fees.
