www.selfpromotion.com is the one i use, its great and gets the shit done right for smaller engines.


for google and yahoo no point to submit just link off other sites listed and it will pick you up off outbound links

pr4+ sites will spider you pretty swiftyly

two hands, a computer and some crafty coding knowledge

Exactly, submit manully only. Dont waste your time with submitters, in the end they can end up getting you banned.

as easy a way as any is just to add a link on another site to your new site - it wil get picked up fast
