best places (online) to get US incorporated ?
 

I need help finding a company to setup a US company.
the last one i used/paid has so far taken 3month+ and still
nothing, so fuck em..was told it should only 2 weeks !

I've consider using them, but their resident agent, won't let you use their address for your work address. (part of the visa regulations) you'll have to fork out additional $220? I think for a mail forwarding address.

I have keep my account for the last 5 years.

They file for me, send me my tax notices, pay my taxes for me, collect mail, etc. I can even use their office address.
