This is what i need,

A program that when I type in hello, or goodbye it will generate a sound byte saying that word i want ???

Try something like IBM Viavoice.
Those kinds of programs usually have a text-to-speech feature built in.

You can generate a macro that'll do that.

Or you can make a keyboard shortcut activate the sounds.
