Video Gurus: Need help resizing an MPEG video.

Hey guys,

I bought my girlfriend a new digital camera for her bday. it records MPEG video with sound, however it records it at 640x480. So a 1 minute video is 20+ megs.

How can I easily resize the video to a more manageable file size?

Awesome... I got both of them, but I've only used them for making VCDs. I didn't think of using them for that.

Windows Movie Maker. Comes with XP or a free download from the MS site.
