i need THE BEST spyware removal program
 

i'm on my g/f's comp.. she has this spyware and all it's doing is attacking her when at google's homepage

it hijacks results, and if you try to search using the toolbar, everything freezes

i've tried ad-aware and spybot s&d - any other suggestions?
